Cargo Screener

Position Purpose

This is a Full Time role to support Certis with processing air Cargo for national client of the Mackay Airport location.

Screening of air cargo in accordance with government regulation.

Maintain the security requirements of the site. Managing visitor access in accordance with government regulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Cargo Freight Screening
• Operation of Cargo Screening Equipment including X-ray and ETD
• Recoding screening information accurately
• Shifts will be varied across a 7 day roster
• Maintain required documentation
• Configuration of screening equipment
• Recording of screening information
• Working in a small team

Qualification

Mandatory qualifications may include:

• Security Licence

Desirable qualifications and experiences may include:

• Experience with X-ray and screening equipment
• Ability to work unsupervised

Experience

• 1 year in security industry screening (desirable)
