About the role


As the Talent Partner, you will take a lead role in developing and delivering an employee attraction and employee brand strategy for SA.

You will work closely with the Head of HR on strategic and operational human resource management, to support organisational business and people requirements.

This will contribute towards developing a rewarding and high performing culture.

What you'll do

  • Provide consultation and education on the hiring process and the external employment market
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify resourcing needs
  • Develop effective and cooperative relationships with managers to support and enable a productive and positive work environment
  • Determine and provide coaching on selection criteria
  • Review the recruitment process to ensure it remains streamlined and efficient
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage the selection process for SA's Graduate Program
  • Ensure all activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
  • Other projects as assigned by the Head of HR

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent level of experience across required areas of expertise
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with JobAdder is advantageous
  • Communicate information clearly, concisely and accurately, through the most effective channels
  • Effective negotiation skills and sound judgment to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals and objectives
  • Engage, persuade, inspire and develop productive relationships, cooperation and enthusiasm
  • Anticipate business needs, delivering highquality services
