About the Role

Role & Team Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will be empowered to lead and facilitate one or more scrum teams, promoting agile practices from inception through to delivery and ongoing operations. You will foster a culture of high performance and innovation, ensuring product roadmaps deliver customer and business value.

The role focuses on leading a backend core application team, helping to create autonomous, self-organising, empowered, and continuously improving teams through the effective implementation of Lean/Agile principles. Given the nature of the scrum team, experience with Enterprise Applications (preferably SAP and/or Salesforce) is essential for success in this role.

What you will be doing

  • Drive delivery execution across allocated scrum teams through sprint ceremonies and artifacts.
  • Assist teams in delivering their goals through coaching, coordinating priorities, skillsets, capacity, and work across crews and teams.
  • Facilitate the elaboration of future scope for initiatives to ensure a healthy product/team backlog.
  • Coach the Product Manager, Product Owner, and Delivery Lead in managing a product backlog based on product strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate release management activities to ensure work delivered by the scrum teams meets production readiness and release activities are performed as required.
  • Manage inter-team dependencies, resolve blockers, and foster a high-performing team culture through effective conflict resolution and knowledge sharing.

About you

  • 2-5 years of experience leading agile product delivery teams and applying Agile methodologies.
  • Strong Scrum Master experience with a digital focus; Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks; experience with scaled agile in an enterprise preferred.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Applications such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills; capable of navigating an enterprise environment to deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in coaching teams to deliver using Scrum; ability to drive effective team ceremonies.
  • Passion for Agile mindset, values, and behaviours; strong team focus, organization, scheduling, and communication skills.
