To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team.

The Role Reporting to the Project Lead Off-Plot, the purpose of this role is to provide project engineering and project management capability to assist Arrow to achieve effective delivery of capital projects.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require travel to our field operations as required to support the delivery of the role requirements.


In addition, you will:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment.
Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.

Manage and coordinate personnel (internal and external) and contractors engaged in delivering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of assets to Operations using applicable Arrow standards / procedures and processes.

Manage and deliver assigned work packages to quality, cost and schedule commitments in line with Arrow standards / procedures and process requirements.

Manage project risks by identifying and implementing mitigations in order to minimise project risk exposure to ALARP.
Support / implement standardization, continuous improvement and act as appointed contract holder for contracts where required.

Manage integration of assigned work packages through engagement with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Projects are delivered in alignment with project expectations, regulatory requirements and relevant and applicable Arrow standards / procedures and processes.


About You:

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
Senior Project Engineering experience on large packages of work on Oil & Gas capital projects in Australia.
Integrating at senior levels within the business and with external stakeholders.

In addition, you will:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment.
Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
