The role and why you should apply


Therapists at National 360 provide services to help people presenting with a range of needs and provide them with a better quality of life.

Our Therapists provide services in home, clinic, and community settings - providing a range of assessments, therapeutic intervention programs and reports.

In your role youll work Nationally as a Clinical Practice Advisor for Augmentative and Alternative Communication.

You'll provide support, mentoring and training to our team of Speech Pathologists who either have clients with this particular need or perhaps have shown an interest in further developing their particular skillset.

You'll be comfortable with delivering this through a range of mediums - phone, face to face and video conferencing.

It goes without saying that you're a confident leader and great communicator, someone whose passion is helping their fellow team members as well as those in the community.

You won't be alone though You'll be supported by Emma Necus who is our national Clinical Lead for Speech Pathology.


Given the geographical nature of our team you'll be given the freedom to create a work schedule that's best fit for your role.

In addition to your CPA duties, you'll also maintain an adjusted caseload, helping our clients in the wider community based on your geographical whereabouts

We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists onboard With that being said, there are a few requirements for your position which are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Experience working as a Speech Pathologist in the private or public sector
  • AHPRA/SPA Registration
  • Previous experience supervising, mentoring and training early career therapists
  • An interest in providing services to people living with disability and neurological disorders
  • The ability to develop positive relationships and trust with those in the community and the workplace
  • A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development
  • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply
  • Ability to provide evidence of COVID19 vaccinations based on State Government requirement (or applicable exemption)
