We have an exciting opportunity available for a pro-active and highly motivated Sales Coordinator within the TEG business unit. This role supports the Corporate Hospitality team to ensure the department operates professionally and smoothly.

About the Role

Administration

  • Support the daytoday requirements of the Sales Team
  • Enthusiastically take on ad hoc tasks as required
  • Understands and anticipate department priorities and support where appropriate
  • Assist with the development of sales material, sourcing information, and developing presentations

Client Management

  • Support the team by providing information which they can take to their clients
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Reporting / Operations

  • Data entry of key client contacts and sales data into required systems (internally and externally) in line with product deadlines
  • Assist with managing inventory spreadsheets and other systems
  • Run and reconcile reports with the Finance representative
  • Ad Hoc tasks to support the Hospitality team
  • Put together client packages/tickets

Systems / Marketing

  • Support the Hospitality team with drafting EDM's and pulling customer lists
  • Ensure the various websites are up to date with hospitality packages and details
  • Maintain sale collateral and sales support material with relevant details

The Person


In addition to the above, you will have excellent business acumen and be able to build relationships within the team and across the business to deliver to a high standard.


Your skillset and attributes should also include:

  • 13 years experience
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Microsoft office and salesforce CRM experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Selfstarter, takes initiative and prioritises
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Always reviews work and provides sound attention to detail
  • Highly goaloriented with a strong focus on delivery; structured, organised and focused
  • Experience in servicing brands and understanding how they operate and their partnering expectations.
  • Possess the intellect, cultural competency and flexibility to work effectively in a collaborative, valuesdriven and energetic team
  • High level of integrity
