Their dedicated team prioritises customer needs and environmental responsibility, and they have a strong, experienced team leading their risk and governance function.

The Role:

As the Senior Governance and Risk Analyst, you'll report to the Governance, Risk & Compliance Risk Manager, playing a vital role in supporting management. Your key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments and commercial analysis, maintaining an accurate corporate risk profile, assisting with reporting to committees and the board, overseeing business continuity and incident management testing, liaising with internal stakeholders and managing various company policies and processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

Our client is seeking a candidate with:

  • Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in risk analysis and supporting commercial decision-making
  • Previous exposure to risk management in a large, complex organisation, ideally in the energy sector
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, capable of communicating complex risk-related information to a range of stakeholders
  • 5 -7 years' experience in similar roles
