Heritage Stoneworks forms part of Government Architect NSW (GANSW). We conserve and restore sandstone buildings and structures and ensure they stand the test of time. We also deliver the Minister's Stonework Program (MSP) and other heritage projects for individual government client agencies.

Heritage Stoneworks provides a complete end-to-end solution for a range of heritage infrastructure jobs with access to the best quality sandstone.


We are looking for a
Multi Skilled Tradesperson to assist with the planning and delivery of a range of heritage projects in order that time, cost, quality, and safety, are met.

Home base is our depot in Alexandria and involves working in varied project sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated, flexible, and dynamic team. We also offer career development and advancement opportunities.

In this role you will

  • Be responsive and accurate with all client interactions and requests and deliver tasks to best practice standards and client requirements to contribute to building and maintaining effective client relationships and business partnerships
  • Assist in training apprentices or other team members in the scope of the role and safety requirements
  • Ability to prioritise work and work autonomously.

Key knowledge

  • Welldeveloped knowledge and understanding of current Work Health and Safety legislation and regulations.

Essential requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Trade apprenticeship or demonstrated experience in the building industry
  • A valid NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive to remote locations which may include overnight stays and agreeable to upgrade licence to drive LR truck
  • High Risk licence for Forklift, Min basic Scaffolding, EWP, and dogging ticket.
  • Welldeveloped knowledge and understanding of current Work Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
