About the role
As a Scrum Master at Lumary, you will play a critical role in guiding two cross-functional teams in the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of two products in the healthcare industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate, educate, and coach the teams on agile methodologies and Scrum practices, ensuring that they are delivering products that solves real world problems.
You will be part of a capability that supports multiple values treams working with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches.
