About the Role:

  • You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support
    INBOUND ONLY NO COLD CALLING
:

  • Understand about the issue customer has called for and transfer to the right department
  • Online or Onsite
  • After scheduling the appointment, coordinate with Online or Onsite IT Technicians for service delivery.
  • Target Oriented Profile.
  • Attractive Incentives if you achieve targets.

Essential Requirements for this role:

-
Prior Experience in calling/customer service/Sales/Front Desk Receptionist/Appointment setter in Australia is preferable
:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
  • Strong Sales and Upselling Skills
  • Target Oriented Person.
  • Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
  • When working from home, should have a working windows computer, high speed internet, headset with noise cancellation facility.

  • Training will be provided. Please note the training will be in office for 1 day.
  • Immediate Starters Preferred.

Job Types:

Full-time, Casual

Pay:
$ $33.00 per hour
