About the Role

Team Global Express are seeking a highly motivated and talented People Analytics and Governance Analyst to join our team.

In this newly created position, as the People Analytics and Governance Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business by building and managing People related reporting analytics and governance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support the prioritisation of People initiatives and assist with the management building real-time reports and dashboards on the Workday source platform or multi-sourced on Power Bi.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct indepth analysis of HR and governance data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive decisionmaking
  • Manage data integrity and security
  • Leverage Workday and related data sources for all things reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely publication of BAU reports and Dashboards
  • Review and test data quality
  • Participate in various projects
  • Identifying opportunities to design and develop automation of reporting and insights where possible.
  • Extracting, interrogating, and cleansing data from primary and secondary sources using automated tools.
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Developing the reports and packs for the Monthly Business reviews, People and Remuneration Committee.
  • Deriving insights from data and reporting to provide meaningful and actionable activities to drive business performance.
  • Set up, automate and structure database on SQL

  • 46 years experience in data analytics (experience in People analytics preferred)
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Workday extracting data and building reports and dashboards

  • Able to provide data solutions
  • Can work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Driven and passionate about what you do
