Our service caters to just 39 children spread over three rooms. This Room Leader role will see you take the lead of just 12 with babies through to 2-year-olds. You are supported by experienced educators who have remained with the company for many years.

About you

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
  • Current Employment Working with Children Check.
  • Experience in an early childhood setting.
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
  • Prior experience and confidence in leading an age group setting and writing educational programs.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
  • Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
  • The ability to implement stimulating programs and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
  • The ability to observe and record children learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

$ $37.00 per hour
