The Role:

We are currently looking to fill multiple Store Management positions at our Platypus stores in Green Hills, NSW.

This role entails leading, inspiring, and coaching a team of dedicated individuals to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and foster team development. Collaborating closely with the Area Manager, you will identify opportunities for growth and success in a prominent retail setting.

The role & responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, and maintain store presentation
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor sales performance to meet set targets and address areas for improvement
  • Manage store expenses and adhere to company standards
  • Mentor and train team members to maximize morale and individual growth
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations
