The Company:

Our client has been producing and installing quality bespoke joinery, shop fit-outs and shop frontages for over 40 years, and throughout the years have completed work across the country. They work closely with their clients to ensure a smooth transition from design to completion and thrive on making the building process as easy as possible. They understand that all the client wants or needs to do is; start using the space.

About the role:

They are currently looking for skilled joiners or cabinetmakers to be part of their team.

My client is s open to employing an excellent apprentice as well.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate designs into tangible pieces, crafting bespoke cabinets from concept to completion.
• Uphold and enhance our clients esteemed quality standards in each piece, ensuring longevity and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our dedicated design and crafts team, ensuring client visions are meticulously brought to life.
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace, aligning with our company's best practices.

Required Skills & experience:

• Proven cabinet-making or joinery experience, with qualifications to match.
• Mastery over hand tools and modern machinery, ensuring precision in every cut and join.
• An innate eye for detail, paired with a passion for aesthetics and functionality.
• Exceptional teamwork, communication skills, and adaptability in a dynamic workshop environment.
