As a
Boutique Manager within our
Queensland Boutiques, you will be a brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore.

You will assist leading the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a strong sales result.


You will take ownership as a leader to:

  • Be a pivotal brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore, upholding company policies and procedures
  • Manage the Boutique effectively, leading by example
  • Drive the team to achieve success
  • Inspire and motivate your team, identifying individual potential and facilitating developmental opportunities
  • Create a positive team culture which promotes high employee performance while maintaining a clientcentric approach
  • Previous experience in a retail management position
  • A clientcentric customer service approach
  • Proven success in team member coaching or development
  • Full time availability on a Tuesday to Saturday rotation
