We are seeking an experienced office professional who will provide administrative support to the Infrastructure and Works Team with the administration of grants and other general duties.


Your main responsibilities will be but are not limited to;

  • Office administration & support functions for the Infrastructure and Works Team
  • Preparation, liaison, and reconciliation of grant submissions including all supporting documentation
  • Organise meetings and communicate with relevant stakeholders (including outside bodies)
  • Use Councils finance system to export expenditure information
  • Ensure key reports run on time

To be successful for this role you will;

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Obtain a current NSW Drivers Licence (Class C)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Is confident, friendly and switched on
  • Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Is extremely organised and has high attention to detail
