- Check Payroll Processing reports
- Review Payroll for completeness and accuracy ensuring
- Answer staff payroll queries in a timely manner
- Perform month end report running & distribution
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Payroll Officer position brings a wealth of experience in payroll, including the interpretation of awards and EBA's.
You have had exposure to Oracle HRIS or a similar computerised pay system, demonstrating your ability to adapt to different software platforms.
You possess strong numeric aptitude and data entry skills, coupled with excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities.- Minimum of 2 years payroll experience including interpretation of awards and EBA's in a diverse environment
- Exposure to Tier One payroll systems with strong Excel skills
- Excellent analysis and problemsolving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
