Le/La Gouvernant(e) Général(e) Adjoint(e) Espaces Publics H/F assure et coordonne, en lien avec la Gouvernante Générale, l'organisation du service des espaces publics de l'hôtel. Il/Elle recrute, intègre et manage l'ensemble des équipes (gouvernantes, femmes et valets de chambre, équipiers) et adapte ses pratiques de leadership à la culture de la marque.

Il/Elle contrôle et assure un parfait état de propreté des lieux publics et des parties communes de l'hôtel, conformément aux standards et au positionnement Premium.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Technique métier & Relation clients :

  • Planifie les inspections et les actions de nettoyage périodiques des divers espaces publics
  • Contrôle l'état de propreté des lieux publics et des parties communes de l'hôtel quotidiennement
  • Est en charge de l'administration du service des espaces publics : effectue un suivi des budgets, de la masse salariale, des congés ainsi que de la gestion des stocks
  • Supervise les sociétés externes et de sous-traitance
  • S'assure du bon suivi des procédures liées au bien-être des clients et talents : objets trouvés, procédures de sécurité, cartes d'accès, etc.
  • Assiste la Gouvernante Générale dans la préparation du budget du département
  • Incarne l'esprit Heartist et Pullman dans ses interactions avec les clients et les talents
  • Veille à son apparence et celle de son équipe, connait et applique la politique Grooming de l'hôtel

Management des équipes, en tant que manager coach, il/elle:

  • Développe la motivation et l'engagement de ses équipes en créant une ambiance de travail positive et collaborative
  • Recrute et intègre les talents en appliquant la charte de recrutement du Groupe
  • Participe à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan de formation pour son service
  • Assure la formation et le développement des compétences de son équipe
  • Maintient en permanence une bonne communication avec l'ensemble des services de l'hôtel
  • Coordonne les tâches, supervise son équipe et pilote la productivité de son service
  • Fait respecter les dispositions applicables à ses collaborateurs : procédures, hygiène, uniformes, horaires, etc.
  • Anime les différents briefings de la journée avec son équipe
  • Remplace la Gouvernante Générale en son absence
  • Participe aux projets relatifs à son expertise
  • Interagit de manière positive avec les autres services afin de garantir aux clients l'accueil attendu d'un établissement Premium
  • Montre l'exemple en respectant scrupuleusement les Valeurs Pullman, les codes de la marque, les consignes concernant la tenue, la présentation et se porte garant de l'image de ses collaborateurs en lien avec les codes de la marque
Qualifications

VOTRE SAVOIR-FAIRE & SAVOIR-ETRE

  • Niveau BTS, licence professionnelle hôtellerie ou école de management hôtelier
  • Expérience de 3 ans minimum en tant que Gouvernant.e Général.e Adjoint.e
  • Expérience managériale réussie (20 personnes à plus)
  • Expérience gros porteur (plus de 400 chambres)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office) et d'Opéra
  • Maîtrise du français et parfaitement bilingue anglais
  • Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
  • Sens du détail et de la qualité
  • Excellente compréhension des activités de contrôle opérationnel
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l'initiative
  • Leadership développeur : orientation positive, capacité à développer une équipe responsable, capacité à former les membres de l'équipe et à développer leurs compétences, à responsabiliser et à promouvoir l'initiative
