As a Technical Business Analyst specialising in Pega, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement Pega-based solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise in Pega, combined with your analytical skills and business acumen, will be essential in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for Pega-based solutions.
  • Design and configure Pega applications to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of Pega applications.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Pega applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay current with Pega technologies and industry trends, continually enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Pega solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Pega development tools and technologies, including Pega v8.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
