The Opportunity - Account Executive


The Account Executive in Greenhouse Account Management team is responsible for the coordination of integrated advertising projects and support across administrative tasks.


A snapshot of what you'll do -

  • Gain a deep understanding of the client's business at an operational level
  • Actively monitors the competition and keeps the team informed on market trends and new competitor activity
  • Actively seeks to participate in internal training & external educational opportunities particularly focused on agreed areas of development
  • Coordinate project resource, ensuring key departments and stakeholders are aware of project scope, timings and budget
  • Accurate and timely filing of documentation
  • Coordinates the wider Account Management team to ensure that timings are met each month for revenue analysis and forecasting

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Work experience as an undergraduate, or experience working as Intern or Account Executive level in an Advertising, PR, Marketing, Communications or similar environment
  • Worked in a multi disciplinary team environment
  • Proven experience working on advertising campaigns and comms projects
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Business/Marketing/Technical Degree/Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite
