EL1 Level Divisional Support Officer (Labour Hire).

About the Role:


As the
EL1 Level Divisional Support Officer (Labour Hire), you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and effective high-level management support services to the General Manager (GM).

This cross-agency position involves undertaking complex tasks that contribute to the overall success of our client's business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating operational and administrative duties and tasks.
  • Initiating, tracking, and resolving human resource issues, updating the General Manager on progress.
  • Directing enquiries and requests to relevant business areas, providing advice to the General Manager on documents and engagement opportunities.
  • Facilitating the flow of messages and advice from the General Manager to staff within the division and wider Agency.
  • Coordinating the endtoend life cycle of parliamentary document records, adhering to prescribed processes and procedures.
  • Performing budget management functions, including monthly performance reporting, budget tracking, and corrective actions as necessary.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar support role, preferably within a government or crossagency setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle complex tasks with mínimal supervision.
  • Proficient in budget management and reporting.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
