The Role
They are currently seeking a Program Support Officer to join their team in Parramatta. This is an estimated 4-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Working within the Assets Business Unit, you will be required to assist the Compliance and Upgrade project team in the effective and efficient delivery of compliance programs and Upgrade works including fire safety, property assessment survey as well as change of use programs

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the implementation of compliance and upgrade works
  • End to end program support
  • Track, monitor and report on project scope, status updates, budgets milestones and deliverables
  • Effectively manage and maintain large property databases and spreadsheets related to the compliance and upgrade programs
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and external contractors in relation to nonaccess issues
  • Conduct research, gather and collate information to support informed decision making outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives mitigating risks
  • Notify Compliance and Upgrade teams of issues and complaints to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction
  • Assist in creation of new vendors, raise purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Generate routine financial and physical status reports
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of compliance and upgrade programs
  • Attend and actively participate in team discussions and training programs
  • Navigate multiple different and manual systems simultaneously whilst ensuring data integrity across systems

About You

  • Demonstrated Project, Program, Administration or Business Support experience
  • Capital Works, Construction Administration or Government experience highly advantageous
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and SAP

Requirements:

  • Willingness to undergo National Police Check
  • Ability to commence the assignment and commit to the duration
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medical exemption
