As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll play a collaborative role, showcasing flexibility and readiness to assist centers and children as needed. Your focus will prioritize safety in all activities and ensure inclusive learning experiences catering to every child's requirements.

You will be responsible for:
* Actively contributing to the educational program within the room and center team
* Engaging and overseeing children at all times
* Maintaining a secure environment for children, families, and team members
* Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with children and families
* Adhering to National Quality Standards, Goodstart policies, and procedures
* Fostering a culture of reflective practices and continuous improvement
