We have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join Data#3's Customer Success Team in Canberra to support our growing business.


You'll accelerate the usage and adoption of technology products & solutions, maximise customer's value and drive business outcomes by bringing strategic vision and technical expertise to ensure every customer engagement is a success.

This opportunity will be offered on a permanent full-time basis in our Canberra office with flexible hybrid work available.

As part of the Customer Success Team, you'll be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Work in a highly visible, strategic position with key customer stakeholders to accelerate usage and adoption of technology products & solutions, maximize customer's value, and drive business outcomes
  • Be a handson expert for your assigned strategic customers
  • Understand customer priorities, goals and business outcomes whilst leveraging technical expertise, so that you can help them navigate through the Lifecycle
  • Own delivery of targeted engagements intended to increase product awareness, share industryleading best practice and drive overall product consumption and business value
  • Deliver Optimisers and AMS engagements to your customers, tailoring deliverables and driving business outcomes with scope and ontime interactions
  • Drive adoption and expansion of Data#3 products by highlighting feature opportunities, winning use cases, and relevant strategies to customers
  • Collaborate with Presales, Sales, Customer Success and Delivery teams to improve customer adoption and drive value through the technology lifecycle
  • Present and understand software and technology roadmaps in the context of customer use cases, future requirements and business outcomes
  • Use your technical expertise to identify and proactively manage risk areas and customer expectations that could impact successful delivery
  • Inspire customers to make tactical and strategic procurement and deployment decisions.
  • Leverage all available sources of information to provide strong technical insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their business outcomes
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships with relevant contacts and teams

The following experiences are essential for this role:

  • 5-8 years of experience in technical consulting or direct customer interfacing/engagement role
  • Hold a minimum baseline security clearance (NV2 prefered)
  • Tertiary education highly desirable
  • Relevant industry Customer Success training and or Certifications desirable
  • Relevant technical certifications desirable
  • Customer Obsessed: Proactively understand customer needs and aligns architectural and vertical expertise to crossfunctional teams to drive alignment on decisions that enhance customer value
  • Technical Expert: Technical knowledge with an ability to understand customer use cases for technology solutions and how they can optimally applied in a customer's environment to accelerate value creation for the customer
  • Cross-Team Collaborator & Influencer: Work across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively inspire technical implementation decisions and work towards a common goal
  • Business Acumen: Clear understanding of highlevel business landscape including key strategic priorities, processes, and competitive marketplace
  • Results-Oriented: Interest in and proven execution ability with relevant technologies and customer outcomes
  • Effective Communicator: Delivers complex information in a confident and convincing manner, appropriate to a diverse audience that produces clarity and impact
  • A proactive approach to work collaboratively across all lines of business
