The Product Design Lead will report through to the Head of Strategic Planning & Implementation and will lead a 1-2 person skunkworks project end to end including the new product design, development, analysis, problem solving, engagement with tech delivery teams, and extensive stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking an individual who is quick to learn and flexible, possesses excellent organizational and communication abilities, and is enthusiastic about leading and executing a brand-new wealth management-focused initiative (not insurance) on our behalf.


Although you will receive assistance from our knowledgeable team, you will have a considerable amount of independence to launch the product and guide it through the beta testing phase.


Job Description:

6-12 month opportunity based in our office located in Sydney CBD.

Desired Skills and Experience


Fin-tech and/or consulting experience preferential with a track record of excelling in new environments and history of complex problem solving.

Strong examples of innovation and solution delivery, with knowledge around UX and technology solutions desirable


5+ years relevant experience working with financial services products with a particular focus on customer experience, investment banking, wealth management or superannuation.

Prior experience of leading a product development project or other solution-focused project (strongly desirable)

Self-starter with a focus on delivery and rapid execution.

Strong communication and presentation skills and experience working as a key advisor to Leadership and Boards (desirable).

Understanding of risk & compliance governance frameworks desirable.
