Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Reejig. This role is tailor-made for a proactive individual who excels in networking, driving growth, and making a tangible impact. As the key player in acquiring new accounts, upselling, and driving cross-sales, you will diagnose solutions for various scenarios, ensuring that our customers attain their desired outcomes and recognize the value of our Workforce Intelligence platform. In our quest for market fit, we need individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced setting and seize opportunities swiftly.

Reejig operates as a remote-first company, offering a fully remote position open to applicants from anywhere in Australia (preferably Sydney-based).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • New Business Acquisition: Secure new business by actively networking and establishing credibility to address customer needs effectively.
  • Outreach and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and forecast potential expansions.
  • Presentations and Demos: Deliver engaging demos that articulate Reejig's value propositions clearly to different audiences, showcasing how our solutions align with their requirements.
  • Drive the negotiation of Enterprise Level Agreements: Navigate complex accounts, build consensus, and close agreements efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key client stakeholders and stay updated on industry trends to enhance credibility in the HR-Tech space.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools for effective customer interaction tracking and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Inside Sales: Coordinate with marketing and inside sales teams to develop strategies tailored to your assigned territory.

We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and energetic, demonstrating the tenacity and resilience of an entrepreneur. Previous experience in a rapidly growing Enterprise SaaS Startup environment is a significant advantage.

Your skill set should include:

  • Proven sales experience in Enterprise Applications, preferably within the HR technology domain.
  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise/cloud software sales experience, with a proficiency in presenting and selling software at the C-level.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, identify key decision-makers, and communicate effectively with different buyer personas.
  • Training in enterprise selling methodologies like Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC, SPICED, etc., would be beneficial.
  • Proactive and independent approach with the flexibility to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Smart, analytical, competitive, and collaborative, with a strong focus on personal and professional growth.
