Minimum 5 years' public law, litigation or commercial law experience working within or for the Commonwealth Ability and desire to share your knowledge and develop others Restricted (minimum) practising certificate Working in Commonwealth Departments often requires an Australian Security Clearance and is therefore desirable, or you have the ability to obtain one.
