Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisors in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Support the implementation of construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in managing and resolving any onsite conflicts or challenges that may arise.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • Provide regular progress reports to Site managers and supervisors.
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in construction management or trade background
  • Previous experience in the construction industry, ideally in a supervisory or assistant role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Punctual and reliable
