Gardeners, Mowing Crews & Horticulturists, Tree Planters/Waterers, Chipper operators/MR drivers in a casual capacity (fulltime hours) with a view to permanency.


Core responsibilities (role dependant)

  • Horticulture & garden bed maintenance
  • Tree planting & maintenance
  • Tree watering
  • Brushcutting and edging
  • Mulching
  • Arborist assistant/Chipper operating
  • Litter removal and grounds clearing
  • Grass cutting/mowing
  • Formative pruning

Skills and experience

  • Commercial Parks & Garens & Horticulture experience
    highly desirable but not essential as full training can be provided
  • MR/HR licence,
    highly desirable

A desire to work in the outdoors

Fit, healthy and work well within a team

  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Strong commitment to and working knowledge of safe work practices
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Any certificates in Horticulture/Arboriculture desirable but not essential
