The exciting opportunity:

  • Joint clinical responsibility of a 100 bed facility located 30 minutes South of Perth's CBD
  • Manage and lead a team of clinical staff; providing clear direction, education and mentoring to create a culture where staff embrace job ownership
  • Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Design, implement and review quality initiatives to exceed the accreditation standards
  • Develop positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes, and investigate and respond to feedback and complaints

About you:

  • Full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven track record as a Clinical Manager within residential aged care
  • Must have strong knowledge of clinical governance and a demonstrated ability helping facilities meet the aged care standards
  • A compassionate manager who is able to implement change, provide coaching and mentoring, improve culture and increase staff accountability
  • Flexible, able to think on your feet, solution oriented, and driven to deliver exceptional resident care through the provision of the highest quality clinical services
