We are looking for a part-time and full time caretaker/cleaner to complete common area cleaning for apartment blocks in the northern suburbs and Melbourne Bayside area.

Duties include cleaning of common areas only, such as glass cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.

As the Caretaker/cleaner, you will also be monitoring minor repairs and maintenance requirements to our friendly helpdesk and maintenance team.

The properties that we look after are all newly developed apartment complexes with friendly residents.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

Salary:
$ $27.00 per hour
