Since its establishment in 1989, Contract Resources (CR) has experienced impressive growth, expanding globally, and becoming a leading provider of specialised industrial and mechanical services to refineries, petrochemical plants, and industrial plants.

With offices strategically located in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, we are well-positioned to take on projects for clients around the world.

We currently have vacancies for an upcoming offshore decommissioning project with a targeted execution date of May 2023.

The project is estimated to run for 12 months at this stage.

  • Previous work experience with Nitrogen Membranes
  • Liquid Nitrogen setup
  • Nitrogen vaporization
  • Nitrogen purging

_Other skills which will be looked upon favorable but are not essential will be:_

  • Mechanical experience
  • HPWJ and Vac loading Experience.
  • Rigging
  • Scaffolding

_Required Qualifications and Tickets:
_

  • Current Working at Heights (WAH) obtained in the last 2 years.
  • Current Confined Space (CSE) obtained in the last 2 years.
  • Breathing Apparatus (BA), desirable
  • Gas Test Atmosphere (GTA), desirable
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • White or Blue Construction Card
  • Full Australian work rights
  • High risk work licence, LF, EWP advantageous
  • MSMSS00004 Operate a High-Pressure Water Jetting System (Obtained in the last 2 years), desirable.

_To be considered for the role you will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:_

  • 12 months experience working on shutdowns, preventative maintenance, and projects within the
  • Oil & Gas or other heavyduty industry
  • Experience with Chemical Cleaning, Vacuum Truck Operations, High Pressure Water operation,
  • Tank Cleaning or Catalyst Handling would be highly advantageous.
  • Rigger, Dogman and Mechanical TA experience will be advantageous.
  • These positions are labour intensive therefore a high level of physical fitness is required.
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines and timeframes.
  • Ability to work shift work (Day / Night and Weekends)
  • Ability to work within a team environment while capable of working unsupervised.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
