Experienced Upholster/auto

We are seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join our team in Arundel.

This is a full time position, 8am to 4pm - Monday to Friday.

$30 - $50 p/hr

The pay rate will be based on experience between an entry level tradesman with upholstery experience to a senior tradesman with knowledge of marine, automotive and upholstery + management skills.

• Ability to work in a fastpaced setting
• Ability to work independently and to communicate in a small team environment
• Selfmotivated with a positive attitude
• Dedication to quality workmanship and a focus on the finished product
• Must have an eye for detail
• Ability to sew using various commercial machines
• Experience in estimating labour hours and fabric requirements
• Highly organised, with excellent prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines and targets
• Commitment to being customer focused with flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required
• Demonstrated high ethical/behaviour standards and selfdiscipline
• Working a 5day roster 8am 4pm
• Airconditioned workshop
