Temporary full time opportunity to provide leadership, client-side project management and coordination of the capital design and construction while leading the operational commissioning and opening of the QCC project as required by the Health Capital Division (HCD).

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Provide high level leadership and client-side management of MNH QCC project delivered on the MNH site in accordance with approved project management methodologies in order to achieve project deliverables and service outcomes.
  • Develop and implement standardised methodologies for the development and delivery of HCD delivered project within MNH in the context of the legislative requirements applicable to a statutory authority.
  • Represent Metro North's interests with regard to the QCC project delivered by the DoH on the MNH site.
  • Provide expertise and consistent advice and support to the MNH executive and senior leadership teams including facility executive in relation to the current and proposed DOH projects delivered on MNH sites.
  • Develop key working relationships with senior executives, facility executives and directors, clinical service planners and asset managers to optimise the delivery of new and renewed facilities to ensure the best use of sustainable assets and infrastructure both now and in the future.
