Patches has clinics across Australia in Perth, Hedland, Broome, Darwin and Melbourne. As our Senior OT, you'd support growing and supervising the team across Australia, whilst servicing a reduced caseload in Darwin(NT) allowing you the time to ensure best evidence-based practice and clinical excellence across the company. You will help diagnose, treat and educate on functional and physical impairments, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team. We need your expertise to help us help the community so we're offering:

A competitive salary starting from $110,000 to $140,000 (dependent on experience)

Up to $4,000 in relocation assistance to facilitate a smooth transition to Darwin if required

Up to 5 days paid professional development leave per year

$2000 per annum towards professional development

Referral bonus for recommending great clinicians

Incentive payment for achieving targets

4WD training when required

What we need from you:


• 10 years+ experience in Occupational Therapy


• Proven leadership skills


• National Police Certificate from the last 6 months


• Working With Children check
