As a Senior In-house Lawyer at RAA, you will utilize your extensive commercial, legal, and interpersonal skills to contribute to significant projects and intricate contract negotiations. This pivotal role within our legal team involves developing strategies and facilitating major commercial projects.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this position offers autonomy, senior client interaction, and direct involvement in business-affecting negotiations.



Key Responsibilities include:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Provide strategic commercial and regulatory advice.
  • Lead negotiations on behalf of the business.
  • Play a key role in the legal aspects of commercial projects.
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a reputable law firm or a high-caliber in-house team.
  • Strong background in managing complex commercial contracts and negotiations.
  • Exceptional legal drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Superior analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
