Your new role awaits:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position._**Leading a team of 10-13 direct reports at our
Mulgrave Engineering Solutions Branch and reporting to our Hub Manager, you will need to be passionate about customer sales and service, focus on leading a team that provides value, contribute to the branch success, and make a difference

  • Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
  • Manage the daytoday operations of our Mulgrave Transport and Yard Team.
  • Oversight of complete cost control for the transport side of our Mulgrave Branch
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service _you know that a happy customer will be a returning customer and enjoy helping everyone deliver on targets._
  • Create the best solution / outcome for our customers and internal stakeholders.

About you:

Ideally you will have experience in a similar position, where your diverse leadership skills have engaged teams to perform at their best, including:

  • Customer Service and Administration management experience
  • Logistics or Transport Management experience is essential
  • Current forklift ticket is highly desirable
  • Previous team leadership experience, developing a 'One Team', cohesive mindset
  • A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite
