We are looking for school leavers to join our team as Business Trainees in 2025. A traineeship with Snowy Hydro is a unique opportunity to complete a TAFE qualification whilst gaining real world, on-the-job experience.

To be a Snowy Hydro trainee, you will be someone who:

will finish Year 12 in 2024 has a strong desire to learn and a curiosity about how business works is committed to furthering their skills and knowledge through workplace on-the-job learning and study can 'think outside the box', help the team problem-solve and bring new ideas has a keen eye for detail, good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks is proactive, punctual and reliable shares Snowy Hydro's values of safety, teamwork, agility, decency, ownership and courage

As a trainee, you will

be employed on a full-time 12-month contract and be paid to learn while expanding your knowledge and experience (adding valuable skills and experience to your CV) upon successful completion of your TAFE course, have gained an accredited Certificate III and IV in Business be working with experts in their field, who will teach, mentor and support you through every step of your traineeship build a supportive peer network with all levels within the business to share your ideas and experiences
