Position Overview:
As a Waitperson at our Japanese Izakaya Restaurant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Your warm demeanour, attention to detail, and knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
If you meet the following requirements, then we would like to hear from you- Energetic with an outgoing personality.
- Hold a current RSA Certificate.
- Previous waitperson experience.
- Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant is an advantage.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively under pressure.
- Beer & wine experience/knowledge is an advantage.
- Cocktail experience and knowledge about sake are advantageous.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
