Regional Sales Manager – Tracked Excavators

We seek a strong capital equipment specialist who can foster growth opportunities whilst managing key customer relationships leading to maximising growth within the ACT area.

OPPORTUNITY -

Your focus is on the strategic selling of large range of heavy line excavators whilst building strong market understanding of growth methodologies within this product group. Understanding of the ACT market is essential to the success of this role. Building your knowledge and executing goals you will oversee new product development groups within excavators ranging from 7 to 82 tonne. Technical training will be given to key customers and monthly feedback to the manufacturing houses to complete OHS and customised equipment upgrades. This positions main focus is direct sales even with the reporting and strategy behind the role it is essential the excavator group is grown to increase profit and market share.

Candidater Requirments

Your outstanding track record in Sales / product management distinguishes you from your peers. Your ability to organise and structure your month and plan for ongoing business, while also maintaining an existing client base is the key to your success. Your exceptional interpersonal, management and relationship building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense and commercial acumen. You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic business thinking, technical expertise and solution-focussed approach, encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Ideally you would have engineering qualifications or a trade background but definitely what comes first is hands on exposure to the industry.

Previous technical experience in the following products is essential:

  • Excavators
  • Wheeled Loaders
  • Articulated Dump truck's
  • Rollers

Contacts into the construction & Civil markets throughout the ACT region is must, this role has the career growth to move into regional role within 5 years. You will backed by the best technical team. With success at your feet and an outstanding product line this position offers continuous growth for years to come.

You MUST have a understanding of Excavators, Either your off the tools or maybe you are in Hire. Its critical that you have some for of technical experience.

On offer is lucrative earning potential with base component, including company car, company bonus structure, ongoing company benefits and perks. Salary is negotiable for top performers from within the industry.
