**THE ROLE**

Contribute to achieving Camp Australia's objectives by overseeing the Relationship Management function. The Head of Relationship Management plays a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with Partner schools, communities, and Industry associations.

Develop and implement Relationship Management plans and strategies that bring concrete business results.

Lead a team of Relationship Managers spread across different locations, implementing practical Account Management practices that drive profitability – responsible for exceeding quarterly and annual recontracting goals and guiding the team in establishing sustainable long-term partnerships and revenue.

Utilize insights from data - analyze sales and operational data to forecast sales, evaluate profitability and targets, and identify potential new opportunities.

**ABOUT YOU**

You have a proven track record in driving strategic growth across all stakeholder groups, setting high standards for impactful outcomes, and motivating, supporting, and ensuring accountability in the team's performance.

You grasp the complexities and subtleties of stakeholder groups within the organization, and will embrace the diverse unique communities, aligning CA to provide support accordingly.

You recognize the importance of building connections and will engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and evaluate the strength of our company's relationship with them. Develop and execute new sales strategies, initiatives, and programs to adapt to significant shifts in our partnerships' direction or demographics.

You are collaborative and proficient in managing the commercial aspect of our relationships while assisting our Service Delivery team with valuable insights and feedback to secure recontracting of current partnerships, and identify new product opportunities within those partnerships.

You will collaborate across all business functions to achieve retention goals on a service and financial level while demonstrating commercial expertise by carefully assessing our portfolio's health and making strategic decisions for the business.
