Product-Market Fit: Assignar, an all-in-one platform, leads the digital transformation of construction operations for contractors. We provide real-time visibility at jobsites, efficient worker scheduling, equipment tracking, and data-driven decision-making for future projects.

Well-Funded: In 2021, we secured a $20 million Series B funding round. High investor demand led to an additional $16.5 million in funding later that year. Our investors include Fifth Wall, Tola Capital, Ironspring Capital, and others.

Global Team: Originating in Australia and now headquartered in Denver, Colorado, our diverse team operates across Australia, Canada, N.Z, and the UK.

About You

You: A talented and resilient Account Executive with expertise in B2B demand generation, account-based selling, and navigating sales cycles. This role offers the opportunity to kickstart your sales career and grow within a reputable company.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong outbound sales skills to educate prospects
  • Excellent organizational skills and priority setting abilities
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/account executive experience
  • Proven record in high-volume inside/outside B2B sales
  • Effective communication, presentation, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound methods
  • Location-based work with weekly travel for events and account visits
  • Identify key decision-makers and generate interest within organizations
  • Understand customer needs through discovery calls
  • Maintain CRM with prospects in your territory
  • Conduct online and in-person demos for prospects
  • Participate in industry events and associations as required
Success Metrics

After a 2-week onboarding program, you will be adept at product knowledge, lead generation tools, and customer interactions. By the second month, you will excel in communicating with prospects, booking demos, and collaborating with Sales Engineers.
