As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service.

You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

  • Telstra Store Sydney Icon 89 King Street, SYDNEY CBD New South Wales 2000
  • Casual, Part Time & Full Time Positions Available
  • Part Time 25 hours per week
  • Full Time hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday Roster
  • Store Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 19:00, Friday 10:00 16:00, Saturday 9:00 17:00, Sunday 10:00 17:00
Duties

  • Provide quality customer service to all customers
  • Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
  • Achieve sales and performance targets
  • Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards
Skills and experience

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Effective communication skills
