Brisbane Smile Boutique is a well-established practice who have cared for the Spring Hill community for the last 6 years (previously located in East Brisbane for 15 years prior to relocation).

We are seeking an enthusiastic Dentist to provide quality long-term dental care.
We are interested in applicants who are looking to join our team on a part-time basis.
We are a very busy practice currently operating Monday - Thursday.

We would like to be able to offer additional appointment days to our patients by ideally expanding to Fridays / Saturdays.

We are seeking a dentist with exceptional patient care and time management, who works well in a team, with meticulous attention to detail, who is nicely presented, focused, gentle, caring, patient, thorough and professional.

Experience in a similar position in private practice in Australia for at least 5 years minimum is required.

This is not a suitable position for a new graduate and not a lot of time is available for mentoring.

The role will commence with an immediate start, with flexibility to work within the days of Monday - Saturday - ideally 2- 3 days minimum with scope to increase once established.

We strive to provide the professionalism and care to our patients with standard 1-hour dental appointments (time varies dependent on treatment).

You will work alongside both Dr Leila Haywood who has owned the practice for over 20 years in our busy Spring Hill location with long-term, loyal patients, and Heidi, our Dental Hygienist who works on Wednesdays and Thursdays Currently our practice is operating Monday - Thursday within the hours of 9am - 5pm.

We would like to expand the practice and to be able to offer earlier and later appointment times to our patients.

An ideal candidate would be willing to have a 7am start with a 3pm finish, or possibly start at 12pm and finish at 7pm, to allow for dual team operation, with Dr Leila taking over the afternoon or morning patients.

The dentist who held the position worked 3 days a week mostly with school hours.
Ideally this position wouldutilise current free times in our books to fill a schedule.
Eg 7am start, working Fridays You will be supported in the role and during the transition.
Our practice is non-bulk billing.
Commission is paid as a contractor position.
View to partnership may be available for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:
