Job Description:
We are in search of a highly skilled Talent Partner to provide crucial operational support and guidance to our leaders on recruitment matters, such as attraction strategies, candidate sourcing, market insights, and employee relations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify their recruitment needs
- Manage the full recruitment process efficiently
- Offer consultation and education on the hiring process and external job market
- Maintain the recruitment database for compliance and real-time documentation
- Source potential candidates through various channels and selection procedures
- Create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role
- Promote and support the maintenance of Standards Australia's Capability Framework
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Participate in job fairs, networking, and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs
- Report on recruitment activities
- Handle recruitment projects assigned by the Head of People & Culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in handling employee relations
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
