Job Description:
We are in search of a highly skilled Talent Partner to provide crucial operational support and guidance to our leaders on recruitment matters, such as attraction strategies, candidate sourcing, market insights, and employee relations.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify their recruitment needs
  • Manage the full recruitment process efficiently
  • Offer consultation and education on the hiring process and external job market
  • Maintain the recruitment database for compliance and real-time documentation
  • Source potential candidates through various channels and selection procedures
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role
  • Promote and support the maintenance of Standards Australia's Capability Framework
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Participate in job fairs, networking, and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs
  • Report on recruitment activities
  • Handle recruitment projects assigned by the Head of People & Culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling employee relations
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
