An opportunity has arisen for a Branch Administrator & Customer Service expert to join our team in Canberra.

Being the main point of contact for our counter sales, this role involves providing exceptional service to customers and admin support to our sales and warehouse teams.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.
  • Control of orders in line with customer requirements.
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.
  • Handle local deliveries and pickups effectively and safely.
  • Ensure Company equipment and facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.
  • Safely hand loading and unloading of freight.
  • Physically fit, as there will be some container unloading.

  • Possess strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team.
  • Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trade background, airconditioning or building industry experience highly desirable.
  • Forklift training will be provided.


Ideally, we are seeking a team player who is who is independent, meticulous, able to work to tight deadlines and has good computer skills.
