Due to internal promotion, the role of Marketing and Communications Advisor - Recruitment Marketing has become available in our Victoria Park head office.

Reporting directly to the Group Manager - Marketing and Communications, we are seeking a campaign marketing whiz to work collaboratively with our large in-house Recruitment team, senior leaders and operational teamsYour role will centre around our most valuable asset: Our people.

You will be responsible for crafting and executing creative campaigns that focus on continuously attracting the very best talent to Monadelphous across a range of projects, locations and operational requirements.


Key responsibilities

  • Managing campaigns from end to end, including developing strategies, messaging and design concepts, measuring and reporting campaign effectiveness, and working with external agencies (creative, digital).
  • Developing and executing brand awareness initiatives, recruitment events and expos, strategies, and campaigns that position Monadelphous as an employer of choice.
  • Developing communications plans, including identifying engaging and creative content across all marketing channels such as the Monadelphous website, social media channels, and intranet.
  • Creating a diverse range of written and visual content aimed at our wide range of stakeholders, ensuring tone, voice, and format for best communication with the target audience.
  • Analysing live and postcampaign data to shape campaign approach and improve outcomes.
  • Supporting tender activity by developing resources and templates to demonstrate and communicate our resourcing capabilities.
  • Managing our alumni program, including alumni newsletter content, to foster ongoing and active relationships with the business.

What you will bring

  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline such as marketing, communications, or journalism
  • Indepth knowledge of endtoend campaign management (ideally multichannel campaigns) and experience reporting on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Proven copywriting skills and an ability to create targeted content for a B2C audience that is original and captivating
  • Demonstrated proficiency in running and monitoring digital advertising campaigns using various digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ad Manager, Facebook/Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok business manager, Tag Manager, GA4, Adobe, HubSpot etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM/PPC, CRM management and social media platforms and best practice
  • Creative out of the box thinking with a proactive attitude
  • Positive, wellorganised and detailoriented professional who is highly adaptable to everchanging circumstances

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and managers, as well as external agencies
  • Sound understanding of analytical tools, data and reporting to shape our approach to campaigns and attraction more generally, as well as to communicate outcomes internally.
  • Established track record of performing well under pressure, managing challenging timelines and competing priorities, and delivering highquality deliverables
