About the Role

Reporting to the Program Services Manager: Quality and Accreditation, you will collaborate closely with Program Directors and Course Coordinators to manage and coordinate the PebblePad Personal Learning and Assessment system in the unit. This involves overseeing the implementation of the system and being the primary point of contact for staff, industry partners, external clinical facilitators, and students.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of courses/modules in the Pebblepad system, ensuring timely completion of milestones and timelines
  • Collaborate with Program Directors and Course Coordinators to establish a coherent approach to designing, developing, and constructing templates, workbooks, and workspaces for specific courses and modules in PebblePad
  • Revise course documentation pertaining to clinical experience requirements and assessments, creating relevant templates and workbooks in PebblePad
  • Create training and instructional materials on specific aspects within PebblePad like template development, workbook and workspace creation, and user account setup
  • Support Program Directors in staff implementation/training in clinical settings, in-person and virtually, including organizing and scheduling training sessions

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary qualification in a related field or demonstrated equivalent expertise, knowledge, and background
  • Prior experience working with an online personal learning platform or eportfolio system, involving design, development, system support, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Proficiency in research and analysis, with the ability to troubleshoot system challenges
  • Strong organizational capabilities for managing multiple priorities within set deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a track record of communication across different levels within and outside an organization
  • Dedication to customer service and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Proven experience working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
