The role:
As an Graduate Registered Nurse, you will provide care to our customers living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life, your key responsibilities are;
- Deliver care according to the customers assessed care needs and care plan, adhering to Warrigal policies, procedures and guidelines
- Administer medication in line with policy and procedure
- Provide wound care according to resident care plans
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate commitment to quality care for older people that is aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards
To be successful you will need:
- Current enrolment 3rd year, Bachelor of Nursing with aimed completion December 2024
- AHPRA registration upon graduation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for Aged Care, with empathy and commitment to the care of older people
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
- Current First Aid Certificate
