The role:

As an Graduate Registered Nurse, you will provide care to our customers living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life, your key responsibilities are;

  • Deliver care according to the customers assessed care needs and care plan, adhering to Warrigal policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Administer medication in line with policy and procedure
  • Provide wound care according to resident care plans
  • Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality care for older people that is aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards

To be successful you will need:

  • Current enrolment 3rd year, Bachelor of Nursing with aimed completion December 2024
  • AHPRA registration upon graduation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for Aged Care, with empathy and commitment to the care of older people
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
  • Current First Aid Certificate
