The Opportunity


As a Strata Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the legislative, financial, legal, risk, insurance, and maintenance aspects of strata schemes.


Your responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice on strata topics and ensure compliance with bylaws
  • Collaborate with strata committees
  • Conducting of annual meetings, oversight of arrears, payment of accounts, management of relationships with owners and tenants and the preparation and audit of monthly and annual reports
  • Manage maintenance and projects, from obtaining quotes to overseeing timely completion

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced and licenced strata manager. Most importantly, you must have a customer service focus and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


In turn, you will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and a generous commission structure on top of this.
